Job details $3000 bonus by us once you complete your first six months! As a Remote Area Nurse, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare within the community, with a focus on promoting health, preventing illness, and managing chronic conditions. The Location You will be living in a small, remote Aboriginal community located in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, along the Gibb River Road. The community is rich in culture, strongly connected to Country, and supported by a close-knit local population. To be eligible for this position, you must (or be willing to obtain) the following: Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions Demonstrated Primary health/Remote Area Nursing experience Working with Children's Check, or willingness to obtain National Police Check, or willingness to obtain Evidence of professional development to meet the competency requirement of a Remote Area Nurse. First Aid Certificate (Basic Life Support) Current C class WA manual driver’s license and able to travel by 4WD and light aircraft when required.
